This Licensing Policy explains how Entraw website templates may be used after purchase.

By purchasing or using any Entraw template, you agree to this Licensing Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Use.

License Grant

When you purchase an Entraw template, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template under the conditions described below.

The license allows use of the template for one project only.

Permitted Use

You may use an Entraw template for:

  • One personal website, or

  • One client website, created for a single end client

Each purchase covers one website project.

If you wish to use the same template for multiple projects or clients, a separate license must be purchased for each use.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the template or its files

  • Use the template for more than one website or client project per license

  • Offer the template as a standalone product or part of another product

  • Create derivative templates or themes for resale or free distribution

  • Claim the template or its design as your own product

  • Transfer the license to another individual, company, or organization

  • Use the template in a marketplace, SaaS product, or template library

Modifications

You are allowed to modify the template for your own project or client project.

However, modified versions of the template remain subject to this Licensing Policy and may not be redistributed, resold, or reused for other projects beyond the scope of the original license.

Ownership

All Entraw templates remain the intellectual property of Entraw.

Purchasing a template grants a license to use the product — not ownership of the template itself.

License Enforcement

Violation of this Licensing Policy may result in:

  • termination of the license

  • revocation of access to the product

  • denial of future purchases

Entraw reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect its intellectual property.

Changes to This Policy

Entraw may update this Licensing Policy from time to time.

Any changes will become effective once published on this page.
