Entraw provides digital website templates delivered instantly after purchase.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued and how refund requests are handled.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Use.

Digital Products and Instant Access

All Entraw products are digital goods delivered immediately after purchase via a remix URL or other form of digital access.

Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, purchases are generally final.

Refund eligibility is governed solely by this Refund Policy.

Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product does not function as described on the demo page

  • A critical technical issue prevents proper use of the template

  • Access to the product was not successfully delivered

and

  • The issue cannot be resolved through support

Support First Policy

Before any refund is issued, customers must contact our support team and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Our standard approach is to:

  • identify the cause of the issue

  • provide guidance or fixes

  • ensure the template works as intended

If the issue is successfully resolved, no refund will be issued.

If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a refund will be approved.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Lack of experience with Framer or website builders

  • Failure to read the product description, demo, or documentation

  • Requests for custom design changes or additional features

  • Issues caused by third-party tools, plugins, scripts, or services

  • Compatibility issues related to hosting, browser, or user environment

Once access to the remix URL has been provided and used, the purchase is considered final unless an eligible refund case applies.

Please include:

  • the email used for purchase

  • order details

  • a clear description of the issue

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method by our payment provider.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • immediate loss of access to the product

  • suspension of future purchases

Policy Updates

Entraw may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Any changes become effective once published on this page.
