Entraw provides digital website templates designed for use within the Framer platform.

All products are delivered after purchase via a remix URL or other form of digital access.

By purchasing a template, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

Digital Products and Platform Dependency

Entraw templates are digital design and structure products built for Framer.

Important:

  • Templates do not include a Framer subscription

  • Certain features (such as CMS collections, advanced functionality, or hosting) may require a paid Framer plan

  • Entraw does not control Framer pricing, plans, or limitations

It is the buyer’s responsibility to review Framer’s pricing and capabilities before purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, all sales are generally final.

A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The template does not function as described within Framer’s intended use

  • A critical technical issue prevents proper use of the template

  • Access to the product was not delivered successfully

  • The issue is reproducible and not caused by platform limitations, user setup, or third-party factors

  • The issue cannot be resolved by support

Support First Policy

Before any refund is issued, you must contact support and allow us to investigate.

We will:

  • identify the issue

  • provide guidance or fixes

  • help ensure the template works as intended

If the issue is resolved, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Misunderstanding of Framer pricing, plans, or limitations

  • Lack of experience with Framer or website builders

  • Failure to review product requirements before purchase

  • Requests for additional features or customization

  • Issues caused by third-party tools or services

  • Platform-related limitations (including CMS, hosting, or feature restrictions)

Once access to the template has been provided, the purchase is considered final unless an eligible refund case applies.

Buyer Responsibility

By purchasing a template, you confirm that you:

  • understand that this is a digital product

  • understand that Framer may require a paid plan for certain features

  • have reviewed the product demo and description

  • accept that platform limitations are outside Entraw’s control

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact:

hello@entraw.com

Include:

  • purchase email

  • order details

  • clear description of the issue

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • immediate revocation of access

  • suspension of future purchases

  • dispute of the chargeback with supporting evidence

Policy Updates

Entraw may update this policy at any time.

Updates take effect upon publication.
